towards the end of ICT
1/2 more day to finishing my ICT!!!
Whew finally endured 4 days of ICT. Wasn't that bad as there were no outfields and stuffs. Mostly recaps on stuffs we've learned before. Other than that there were also new stuffs like lectures on sniffer dogs and patrol dogs.
Oh ya! Miracle happened! I pass IPPT during this ICT! Considering my long-term leg injury... Don't have to worry about IPPT until 2010! HAHAHA!
Highlight of this ICT is probably CST (Combat Survival Training). Learning how to survive if you're stranded on a island or something.. So they taught us to build shelter, find water and set traps to capture animals... And then kill and eat them... Yup.. We have to skin live animals and cook them afterwards!!! If you think that it's crazy or scary.. YOU'RE RIGHT!!! They have a whole lineup of animals from frogs to eels to chicken and turtle.......... Anyways the whole process was VERY "graphic" and kinda traumatizing. For me... I sacrificed a frog and an eel.. :( Anyways I kinda felt like a murderer.. But then again, it's the fittest that survives!
Thought that this ICT could end on a happier note when today it was announced that I was picked as one of the three PS (Platoon Sergent). DAMN FREAKING SUAY! *#%&*^@%&*!&@#! This means that other than the additional shitwork I have to do, I need to go through PS course! And my service will be extended for another 5 years!!! WTF!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I'm officially very pissed and sian!! I want to keng liao!

poor leg
Yeeehaa!
Ok random. I'm going Starhub for my attachment!!! Wahaha stupid Apple, thought they will have alot of intake in the end only accepted one comp eng. student. Out of the hundred the applied for attachment next sem. Anyways kinda happy, first thing cos of the location. It's at Tai Seng~ should be less than 20 mins from my home. Second thing the job scope is quite interesting! Research for next-gen IP system.. Hope the supervisor and staffs there are nice people.
Then yest went to get my leg checked. The tendon inflammation has been clinging on to my leg for more than a few months already! But the physician said if I don't rest enough it will never recover completely. Next week I'm be going ICT! Die man!! I'll be good fren with the MO there!!
Looking forward to the Batam trip!!!

Love december! Dun Love the Army!
Weeeeeeehallo!
It's the end of the year once again!! Long awaited time of the year... A review of things that have passed and also upcoming stuffs!
Finally I've completed my academic studies in NTU!!! WOOO! Ok I haven't graduated yet, still have attachment to do, but at least there are no more exams!!! Oh ya! FYP is done too! Speaking of which, the FYP Presentation on Monday went quite well I guess. The sup, as usual dun even know how to use iPod, and the examiner was quite interested in my project!! WAHAHA! Hope can get a good grade for FYP! :D Also hope that I'll get better grades this sem for my exams, considering I studied (memorized) like mad this time round.
Another than school.. I really need to get my leg fixed... The sprain, or whatever tendon-inflammation, has been ongoing for a few months.. Somemore I'm going ICT in a week's time.. ARGH! Think need to go acupuncture...

Busy.. Within these few days still need to go CMPB and army market to top-up. The feeling I had more than 5 years ago is back! Now I feel like a smelly-army-boy!
