Back from Amazing Malaysia Race
whew! TIRED..........
Just came back from the Nissan Fuel Frugal Challenge last Saturday. Was a damn tiring trip but had a great experience!! Now I can finally say that I've driven to Malaysia before! Haha
Anyways my bro and I reached Tan Chong Motors @ Bukit Timah before 430am! Freaking 430AM!!!!! Had complementary Mac breakfast and briefing before heading out to Malaysia... All before FREAKING 6AM!
Headed up to Kulai, Malaysia for fuel pumping before starting the race. This is how they play: 5mins to pump your own petrol to full tank, seal up tank, drive allllllll the way for 500km+, unseal tank, staff will pump up to full tank again, whichever team that pump the least and traveled the further wins the race.
And so what we saw was ppl pushing and shaking their cars vigorously to squeeze every drop of petrol into their tanks... Including us.. Another technique is of course, to turn off aircon during the ride... Not wanting to die driving, we didn't do that, which is one of the reason why we didn't win as well.
We drove for 530km total, surprisingly it only used up 1/2 tank of petrol!! Kinda amazing! Also amazing is we consistently drove about 70-80km/hr on the North-South Expressway... Crazy stuff!
Anyways the winner was a team of 2 uncles, one is quite old btw. I believe they won cos they're driving a sedan model, and most probably turned off the aircon as well. No wonder they looked pale during the announcement...
Overall the trip was damn tiring and everything is rushed! But I wanna drive up to Malaysia again! To KL or even Genting and beyond! @ 140km/hr! :D
Now who can lend me their car to do that?

I'm ALIVE!
Pardon the stupid title...
Been ages since I've updated my blog! It's so untouched that there may be rats, spiders, roaches and lizards hiding underneath O.O
Anyways quite a fair bit of stuffs happened lately. Again I'll provide a nice updates :)

Wow I've been working in StarHub as intern for more than 4 months already! I think I'm getting used to the working environment now~ Like waking up @ 7am+ every morning, facing the computer continuously for 8 hours, and seeing the same old peeps everyday... Speaking of the peeps there, they are really a nice bunch of people. Though I'm close to only a handful of ppl, generally the rest are quite friendly as well.. except for a few *ahem*
However I'm realllly looking forward to June, where the attachment ends and I finally graduate from school! WOOOO! Been studying for almost 20 years, it nigh time I should be REALLY working!

Well as many might already know, my bro has gotten a PS3 lately. I suppose it was a good deal... one of his crazy friends bought it for like 3 days and for certain reasons I can't comprehend, he sold it to my bro for like 300 bucks. Yup no typo there, ohh did I mention that it comes bundled with 2 games as well.
Sounds cool and wonderful? Yup! But the weirdest thing is that I don't really play it often. I wonder why myself.. I have those blockbusterz games like MGS4, GTA4, SF4, COD4 (weird~ they are all 4th series), but I don't really have the mood to commit to them.. Is that the getting-old syndrome?

Ah my life~ Besides looking forward to the end of attachment, I'm trying to plan a short getaway this June! Location: Malaysia, KL (most likely). Issue now is getting more peeps to go along! For those that see this post, please volunteer yourselves ok? :P
Another surprise is the Malaysia road trip challenge. Name's Nissan Fuel Frugal Challenge. Me and bro signed up for this event where they select only 30 Nissan Latios out of maybe more than hundreds of entries. Can't believe that we are one of the selected pairs! Well since it's a challenge, the prize money is $5000 for the winning pair!!!!! $5000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yup so any tips to save fuel will be welcomed!
That aside, this period is gonna be hard for my dearly. Her exams are just round the corner.. Hope that you're able to do well! Nail the papers and enjoy the holidays!
Will update after the Malaysia challenge! Look out for pictures of me winning the $5000!!!!!!!!!!! :P
